Terms of Service

The terms for using the TrackChief mobile app and website, provided by TrackChief LLC.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and TrackChief LLC, a company organized in Washington, United States ("TrackChief", "we", "us"). They apply to the TrackChief mobile app and website (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The service

TrackChief brings motorcycle setup information, track-day preparation, ride logging, trackday discovery, and paddock reference tools together in one mobile app for iOS and Android. The website provides information and support; it does not provide app features, accounts, or purchases.

3. Safety notice

TrackChief is an organizational and reference tool. It does not replace a tire vendor, suspension professional, mechanic, manufacturer instructions, or qualified trackside advice.

Tire pressure references, torque specifications, suspension suggestions, gearing calculations, conversions, checklists, and other information in TrackChief may be incomplete, out of date, or not right for your motorcycle, tires, conditions, or riding. They do not guarantee safety, a correct setup, or improved performance. Always confirm critical values with your manufacturer's service information, your tire vendor, or a qualified professional.

Do not use or interact with the app while riding. Motorcycle riding and track riding carry inherent risk of serious injury or death. You are responsible for your motorcycle's condition, your equipment, your riding decisions, and following the rules of each track and event organizer.

4. Accounts

  • Provide accurate information and keep your sign-in method (such as your Apple or Google account) secure.
  • You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly at if you believe your account has been misused.
  • One person per account. Do not impersonate others or create accounts to get around a suspension or block.
  • You can delete your account at any time — see Delete Account.

5. Free and Pro

TrackChief Free provides core features at no cost, including garage / motorcycle management, Tire PSI Reference, tracks and event discovery, and a basic checklist.

TrackChief Pro is an optional paid subscription that adds advanced tools, including Ride Log, Suspension Assistant, Torque Specs, Gearing & Sprocket Calculator, Unit Converter, and Checklist Builder. Features may change over time; the app shows what is currently included.

6. Subscriptions and billing

  • Where you buy. TrackChief Pro is purchased inside the app through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The store processes payment, and its terms apply to the purchase. TrackChief does not sell subscriptions on the website.
  • Price. US pricing is $4.99 per month or $49 per year. The price, currency, and any taxes are shown by the store before you confirm and may vary by region.
  • Trials. Eligible new subscribers may be offered a 14-day free trial. Eligibility and trial terms are set and shown by the store. Unless you cancel before a trial ends, the store will begin charging for the subscription you selected.
  • Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel before renewal, as described by the store.
  • Canceling. Cancel through your Apple subscription settings or Google Play subscriptions. Deleting the app or your TrackChief account does not cancel a store subscription.
  • Refunds. Refund requests are handled by the store under its policies — Apple refunds or Google Play refunds.
  • Price changes. If we change the price of Pro, the store will notify you as its rules require.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you add to TrackChief — motorcycles, setups, logs, notes, photos, messages, and profile information ("Your Content"). You give TrackChief a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, and display Your Content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service and to show it to the people you share it with. You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the rights to share it.

8. Community Guidelines

TrackChief includes features for connecting with other riders, such as friends, messages, and event attendance. When using them:

  • Be respectful. No harassment, threats, hate speech, or bullying.
  • No sexual content involving minors, sexually explicit content, or graphic violence.
  • No spam, scams, impersonation, or misleading information.
  • Do not share someone else's private information without permission.
  • Do not post content that infringes others' rights or breaks the law.
  • Do not promote reckless or illegal riding on public roads.

Reporting and blocking. You can report users or content and block users in the app, or email . We review reports and may remove content, limit features, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Tracks and event information

TrackChief helps you discover tracks, track days, and organizations and reach each organizer's official registration. TrackChief does not operate events and does not process event bookings or payments unless the app clearly says otherwise. Event dates, prices, availability, rules, and requirements are controlled by the organizer and may change or be incomplete in TrackChief — confirm details with the organizer before you travel or register. Your registration and participation are between you and the organizer.

10. TrackChief's intellectual property

The Service, including the TrackChief name, logo, app design, software, and TrackChief-provided content, belongs to TrackChief LLC or its licensors. You may use the app for your personal, non-commercial use under these Terms. Do not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or collect data from the Service in bulk, except as allowed by law.

11. Third-party services and links

TrackChief relies on and links to third-party services — including Apple, Google, RevenueCat, weather providers, event organizers, and social networks. We are not responsible for third-party services, websites, or content, and your use of them is governed by their terms.

12. Changes and termination

We may add, change, or remove features, or suspend or end the Service, including for maintenance, security, or legal reasons. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect users or TrackChief. You may stop using TrackChief and delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination will continue.

13. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free or that reference information is accurate or complete for your situation.

14. Suspension, Sag and Torque Information

TrackChief provides suspension, sag, damping and torque information for general reference only. It is summarized from manufacturer documents and other sources and may contain errors or not match your specific product or motorcycle. Always confirm settings and specifications in your product's manual and your motorcycle's service manual, and consult a qualified technician when unsure. You use this information at your own risk. TrackChief is not affiliated with the manufacturers named in the app. Sources are listed at Suspension Sources & Disclaimer.

15. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, TrackChief LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.

16. General

  • Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms. We will post the new version with its effective date and give additional notice for material changes. Continuing to use TrackChief after changes take effect means you accept them.
  • App stores. If you downloaded TrackChief from the Apple App Store or Google Play, the store's terms also apply. Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms and are not responsible for the Service.
  • Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your place of residence requires otherwise.
  • Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
